Birds Eye Voila! + Coupon Giveaway [CLOSED]
As part of the Foodbuzz Tastemaker Program, I received some coupons for Birds Eye Voila! skillet entrees. I am so excited to participate in this because Voila! is already one of my kitchen staples. They're perfect for those nights when you stare into your fridge and will it to speak to you (which happens far more often than we'd all like).
Sometimes I don't get home from class until after 8:30, and the last thing I want to do is make dinner. These take no time at all. They take about 15 minutes or less, less time that it takes to boil water and cook pasta. And the best part? Boyfriend approved! Xavier is actually the one that got me buying them in the first place a year or two ago. I noticed they recently changed their packaging, and it looks great.
They're perfect for me, but I know Xavier wishes there was more meat to it. Grilling up an extra chicken breast on the George Foreman would be no problem at all, but we're more about the convenience aspect.
My absolute favorite variety is their Beef Lo Mein, so this time I tried something different: Garlic Chicken (pictured above) and Shrimp Scampi. The Garlic Chicken had a great flavor, the carrots were sweet, and it took less than 13 minutes in the skillet. There are 17 different varieties, three sold in family size.
Now, on to the coupon giveaway! I received a ton of BOGO coupons, so if you'd like some, just comment below telling me why you want to try Birds Eye, or, if you already have, tell me why you love Voila! so much. Make sure you leave your email or a link to your site so I have a way to get in touch.
